The days are still a dark and cold this winter (happily we are going already towards the spring). With the dark days it’s so much easier to sit inside the house more often, eat more and cuddle up. You might feel that you become a bit more stiff because of a lack of body exercise and the cold weather. So it’s time to treat you with a little bellydance tutorial.
Many of my students asked me to continue with the tutorials of “Bellydance at the office chair”. I heard you ladies!!!
So today I made a tutorial about the nr. 1 movement of Bellydance, the movement which might be one of the reasons that they called ‘Raqs Sharqi’, Bellydance. Of course I am talking about the: Bellyroll (not for your boss his eyes)
