About the course

Hello and thank you for joining. In this course I’ll guide you through the 10 most amazing belly dance basic movements. They’re fun and challenging, will make you feel strong, beautiful and sensual and you’re going to discover muscle groups you didn’t know you had.

You can pick a movement every day to focus on or do several movements in a row. This way you will improve your bellydance technique very quickly. See it as a training companion. Always start with the warming- up video and finish with the cooling down video. At the end of the course there is one final dance that you can follow, including all the movements.
